TITLE: Human Resource Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Director of Human Resources
GENERAL SUMMARY: Perform a variety of Human Resources tasks involving updating and maintaining personnel files, assisting in the process of Family Medical Leave Act applications, Short and Long Term Disability Insurance, and the preparation of COBRA documentation. Additionally, advise employees on general terms and conditions of EWTN benefits and the application of these benefits for specific employee circumstances.
