Grape Fruit and Cabbage Slaw (serves 3-4)

Ingriedients:
2 cups green cabbage, thinly shredded
1 cup purple cabbage, thinly shredded
2 limes, juiced
1-2 teaspoons sugar
1 grapefruit, sectioned
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Fresh cilantro for garnish

 

Directions:

Combine the lemon juice, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Wisk together. Add the cabbage and toss together. Add the grapefruit sections. Serve with a garnish of cilantro.
