jewish cemetery for catholics
Question from maymi on 12/11/2015:

Is it allowed by the Catholic Church for the Catholic wife of a Jewish person who had a deathbed Baptism and received the Sacrament of Extreme Unction 3x before his death , to be buried also in a Jewish cemetery crypt that the husband had bought long before his conversion and where he is now buried?

The Catholic wife plans on having a Funeral Mass at her Catholic Parish Church and then have a service at the chapel and gravesite of the Jewish cemetery during which psalms and prayers from the Bible will be said by a Jews for Christ minister/rabbi.NOTE: I'm submitting this to the only forum where the question bin is not full

Answer by Richard Geraghty on 12/19/2015:

Dear Maymi,

Check with a priest for an answer. He knows about such things.

Dr. Geraghty
