Campaign for Human Development
Question from Ronald Sharp on 9/22/2017:

Hi,

I got my envelopes for the last few months for church donations.

I noticed a Campaign for Human Development and for the past few years I have not donated a cent to this group because they are funding programs that do not follow the Roman Catholic Church teachings. Is this still the case? And if they still support groups against the Church, why do dioceses across the country support this organization???

Answer by Judie Brown on 9/26/2017:

Ronald

Sadly the CCHD is still supporting efforts that are not in line with Catholic teaching. My answer to why dioceses across the country support them is that the politics of tolerance is more important to many than doctrine. A sad time in our Church.

Judie
