American Heart Association stem cell usuage

Dear Julie Brown, Wondering on the most recent stance regarding use of aborted baby bodies for stem cell research in the ranks of American Heart Association. Is it still present in AHA? Need to know to deal with schools using AHA for fund raising. Jean

The American Heart Association's website reveals this:

Research applications involving the creation of human embryos or the derivation or use of human stem cells from in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment embryos or fetal sources will not be accepted.
