Would the rule of thumb for the Ronald McDonald House be the same as that for Salvation Army?...it's ok to donate clothes to help homeless people but we can't give financial support? If the original poster just wants to make sandwiches for the families staying at the RMH, she's helping them, not the RMH and those families need the help. They're taking care of sick kids and probably worried about 100 different things. Not giving them a sandwich isn't going to close down PP. Just my 2 cents.
