How would I say in Latin: The True Name of Jesus?

I like to chant - I'd like to chant the words: The True Name of Jesus - in Latin Can you please tell me how to say this phrase? I want the chant to mean Truth - as in Jesus is Divine Truth - and "name" would be Identity - in other words - the The (Divine)Identity of (Divine Truth) is Jesus. Thank You God Bless :o)

You would say Jesu pronounced jay su.
