Baptizing a child without consent
Question from Adam on 6/18/2013:

Is it okay to baptize a child whose parents have chosen to wait until the child is old enough to make his own decision?

Answer by Catholic Answers on 6/26/2013:

Adam--

Only if the child is in objective and immediate danger of death (as distinguished from a subjective but objectively groundless fear of death on the part of the person who wants to baptize).
