Fasting, abstinence, and attending Mass
Question from Al on 4/7/2013:

When can a senior stop fasting, abstinence, and attending Mass?

Answer by Catholic Answers on 4/10/2013:

Al--

A senior can stop fasting when he turns 60. He must continue to observe the requirements to abstain from meat at the appointed times and to attend Mass on Sundays and holy days. There is no upper age limit for abstinence and Mass attendance.
