Receiving Communion
Question from Anonymous on 6/1/2014:

How many times can you receive Communion in a day? As a daily Mass participant, I go to Mass often at times, especially when there is a funeral or on First Saturdays.

Answer by Catholic Answers on 6/2/2014:

Anonymous--

You may receive twice in one day, so long as the second reception of Communion takes place within a Mass. If someone is in immediate danger of death, he can receive Communion a third time in a single day, even if he cannot do so within a Mass.
