Fasting Regualtions..
Question from Kevin on 2/24/2012:

Hi Judy: I know the church states you fast on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday...one full meal, and two smaller meals if neccessary, but can't equal a full meal. I suffer from hedaches if I don't eat, so, for example, this year for breakfast I has a small bowl of cereal, a P&J sandwich for lunch and then Mac and cheese with apple sauce for dinner. I've always wondered if that fits into the requirement or not?? Of course nothing to snack on between those meals. Thanks a lot! :)

We should use common sense when applying the rules and regulations of our Lenten experience. Your menu sounds fine to me.
