Question from Frank V. on 5/31/2013:

Dear Doctor, In one commentary on the Bible it says that 153 is "A figure of the great number to be converted by the Apostles." Another commentary states that it is representative of the elect. It also adds the St. Augustine added 10 (commandments) and & (sacrements) which equat 17 and then added each number in the sequence 1+2+3...+17 whcih equals 17. I have understood it to mean the number of countries/areas/regions at that time.
