Tubal ligation after multiple cesarean deliveries
Question from Tom Joles on 7/22/2013:

Does the church have a position on this question? Thank you for your time. -Tom

Answer by Judie Brown on 7/27/2013:

Tom

There is a basic moral principle here which states that no matter what the circumstances might be, the direct, voluntary sterilization procedure (tubal ligation or vasectomy) which has the sole intent to prevent pregnancy, is never morally permissible.
