Sebelius v Hobby Lobby
Question from Judy H. Sullivan on 4/1/2014:

What will be the response to questions raised by a secular position on HHS challenge by Hobby Lobby? How does a moral Catholic laymen reply to a question like the issue of controling how a female employee spends her paycheck to make sure she isn't buying 'contraceptives' out-of-pocket? Please see TheWeek.com article for this secular position that begs a response. http://theweek.com/article/index/259042/the-hobby-lobby- case-is-all-about-power-not-religious-liberty

Answer by Judie Brown on 4/5/2014:

Judy

We are very familiar with the principles at stake and are hoping that the United States Supreme Court agrees with lower court rulings that have found the Obama mandate illegal.
