EWTN Catholic Q&A
re: Re: Secularism
Question from JW on 04-25-2013:

Dear Judie, Speaking of psychology, this woman is not a psychologist but teaches philosophy at Holy Apostles College and Seminary in Ct. Do you happen to know if the Church has investigated Ronda Chervin? She was on the Johnnette Benkovic show and claims to have gotten messages from Mary, The Mother of God. Here's a link:

Dr. Chervin, for whom I have the utmost respect, tells us in an interview that God has a message for women, which is true, of course.

The interview is at http://www.catholicmessagesusa.com/WOMAN-OF-GOD.html

Her message is quite simply this: Jesus called me in the 20th year of my life from an atheistic background. Back then, in 1958, I had three main images of women: Scarlett O'Hara of "Gone with the Wind," representing the flamboyant "femme fatale:" The character named Melanie from the same movie, representing the traditional, sweet, good, meek female; and Katharine Hepburn, the actress, representing the free-spirited, witty, more intellectual woman.
