Thank you for your wonderful coverage of the WYD2008. Living in a pagan country (ENGLAND) there is little or no coverage on mainstrean Television. (Maybe 2 minutes all week!) Through your programmes on the Internet we have been able to be a part of this historic event.
Thank you again on behalf of all internet viewers.

Thank you EWTN!
EWTN, Thank you for the awesome coverage of the WYD Vigil Service. It was very beautiful. The Holy Spirit is definately present and moving throughout the youth of our World. Our Holy Father's words were wonderful and inspiring. I pray that the youth of the world continue to seek for the Spirit of God's love.
Alleluia to that!

Greetings from Massachusetts,
I want to thank you for the awesome coverage. I have been watching in the wee hours of the morning and find the coverage beautiful. My 17 yr old son George is in Australia along with four others from our parish in Winthrop,Mass. "Keep Christ the Constant"
I am not of the Catholic Faith, but I have been drawn to the telecasts of World Youth Day. I wept openly at the demonstration of the Stations of the Cross. What a wonderful presentation, I hope many have been moved as I have been. I also have Watched the Vigil last evening and again as it is repeating now. I am rejoicing in the word that the Pope has spread. Thank you for sharing this wonderful program. I do feel more in touch with our Holy Spirit. I pray for everyone to receive the Spirit.
God's Blessings to everyone. Janet
Hello Fr. Mark and Doug,
Your coverage of WYD has been phenomenal. It's great that people all over the world are able to participate in this beautiful reawakening of the spirit. I especially enjoyed the singing of the WYD theme song "Receive the Power" at the end of the Pope's initial talk to the youth. The song has a beautiful way of uplifting the soul.
God Bless You All Nancy in Orlando, FL
Thank you EWTN. Your coverage of WYD is priceless and indeed it reaches to the whole wide world. We in the Caribbean are represented at WYD and we are glued to EWTN because how else would we experience this wonderful weekend of God’s grace? The dedication of the Altar today was simply amazing. Keep up the good work and our prayers are with Mother Angelica who sowed the seeds of this wonderful network
Barbados and Dominica.
Dear EWTN Team,
Thank you so much for the wonderful coverage of such an amazing event in the lives of so many of our young people. We were blessed to have our daughter journey halfway across the world to experience this phenomena of youth gathering to see the Pope and to be reminded the great sacrifice that God made for us in the depiction of the Stations of the Cross. It was heartwarming to be able to tune into your station and experience some of what the youth are experiencing in Australia. It was the work of many devoted people who have taken an interest in the faith and the future of the youth of our church and may God bless them for that. It gladdens my heart to know that my daughter and the great group who made the pilgrimage from Cornwall are a part of such a monumentous event. Until I saw the World Youth Day coverage I had no idea how huge this pilgrimage is in learning and living their faith with so many others. Everything I have watched to date has been extraordinary to say the least and the people involved should be commended for the experience they have passed on to others with their insights, their narrations and sharing their talents with the world. Everyone attending WYD 2008 will come away with many blessings and friendships. A special thank you to the people of Australia for welcoming the youth, the organizers of WYD I'm sure there are many, many people there, and also to the host families who took strangers in and made them family. Amanda was blessed with wonderful people and can't say enough about them. God Bless you all and keep you safe.
You will be in my thoughts and prayers always.
I thank you all for your wonderful live coverage of the WYD.We have watched from the beginning, through the nights and days! Thanks to you we feel so part of it all, all the way here in the Netherlands.
God bless you all and your great work.

Your coverage of WYD is "out of this world" !!! Wish we didn't have to return to mundane TV!
Greetings from Cebu City, Philippines. I just want to thank you for your wonderful coverage of WYD 2008. I especially love the Stations of the Cross which was perfomed at Sydneys important landmarks. Watching your coverage of WYD 2008 reminds me of my WYD 1995 experience here in my country. I'm so thankful to God for that wonderful experience. WYD had reformed me-SPIRITUALLY. Everytime I watch WYD coverage on EWTN, I always have this feelings of pride of being a Catholic. The participants of WYD especially the youth inspires me to be a devout and a loyal catholic. I just want you to know that EWTN has helped me a lot in my spiritual growth. Thank you EWTN.
Keep up the good work.

I just wanted to say that it was inspiring to see so many young people gathered for the World Youth Day celebrations. It is great to see the church reaching out to young people throughout the world. I hope that seeing this will encourage other young people to share their faith.
Thank you so much for your excellent coverage of all the events of WYD. Our daughter took a group of 15 from Connecticut to WYD and by watching EWTN we feel we are there with her.The Stations of the Cross were absolutely beautiful! We could share in the emotional experiences that is part of this wonderful event.Looking forward to watching the vigil and hearing the Pope's message to the youth of the world.
Thank you EWTN,
We are a group of senior citizens, eating our porridge in a wee place called Greenock in the west of Scotland and tuned in to World Youth Day.We might be over 80 but we are young in spirit. The Holy Spirit sure is alive and active. We are proud to be sharers in the Good News. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share. We pray for you all, that is our mission now.
God bless you all.
I would like to also thank you for the great coverage of World Youth Day Sydney! I have been fortunate to experience 4 World Youth Day events; Denver 1993, Paris 1997, Rome 2000, and Toronto 2002. I always said that if WYD ever went to Australia that it would be my last. Unfortuntely, for many reasons I was not able to go this year. You have provided me the chance to experience it through your website and the live coverage. I can still feel the love and excitment of the pilgrims and know what they are experiencing will last them a lifetime. Thank you for allowing me to feel like I am still there in my heart through your coverage.
My youngest brother is attending WYD, he is having an amazing time. My parents and I have been able to participate and join in his joy because of EWTN. Your coverage has been challenging and moving, there have been a number of occasion we have been brought to tears.
Thank you so much.

Greetings and grace,
I just wanted to thank all those people associated with EWTN for the wonderful coverage of the Holy Father's visit to Sidney, Australia. The EWTN website has given people from all around the world the opportunity to participate in the WYD.

Our 2 oldest children are in Sydney and thanks to EWTN we can experience this gift of being in the presences of our Holy Father just by watching these events on TV and the web. Our daughter called via cell phone when the Pope was arriving on the boat. She was so excited we felt as if we were there as she gave us a play-by-play of the Pope's arrival. She talked again when the Pope mobile drove past her and she was only 7ft away.

Thanks for the wonderful coverage of the World Youth Day -- I stay glued to our tv and i truly feel the Pope's blessings . God Bless you all . I am a product of 12 years being taught by the Sisters of Providence --such a joy seeing how much the youth of today love the Pope and our Catholic faith.
My daughter's friend is attending WYD. His involvement has peaked our interest in the event. As a protestant youth pastor, I have been so blessed by the Holy Spirit's presence as I have watched the services. The messages have been right on target with what our youth need to hear. My prayers are with those who are speakinig and those who are hearing. Thank you for the presentation via EWTN so that we can follow along and share in the blessings of WYD.
