EWTN Celebrates Immaculate Heart Radio’s 15th Anniversary As An EWTN Radio Affiliate

Irondale, AL (EWTN) – EWTN Global Catholic Network congratulates Immaculate Heart Radio (IHR), a long-time radio affiliate which is now celebrating its 15th anniversary on the air.

IHR began broadcasting from Reno, Nevada on Jan. 2, 1997 using the call letters KIHM – in honor of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. With 25 stations (including 12 translators) now broadcasting into five Western states (Nevada, California, New Mexico, Arizona and Utah), IHR has become the largest Catholic radio owner-operator in the United States.
